Portrait Packages and Prices
Portraits are taken at an outdoor location selected by the photographer usually in the Hayward area. Other locations within the Bay Area are available upon request (for locations outside of Hayward, there's additional charge of .50 per mile, travel time, and parking/toll fees, if applicable). Please book your session 2-3 weeks in advance, if possible. Packages do not include prints and only the digital files. You may purchase high quality prints through your online gallery. Additional files outside of your package may be purchased after viewing your proofs and they are priced at $10 each.

FAMILY PORTRAITS
Mini Session: 30 minute session with 12 digital images for up to 6 people ($10 each additional person). This session will be more relaxed with a mix of posed and natural shots. Price $400
Full Session: 45 minute session with 15 digital images for up to 6 people ($10 each additional person). This session is ideal for larger families and reunions, etc. Price $550
Large Family Session: 15 digital images, 1 hour session (depending on size of group), print release. This package is ideal for families with over 6 people., multiple families, and/or family reunions. Price is based on length of session and number of people. Location is negotiated between family and photographer. For locations outside of Hayward, there will be an additional charge based on mileage. Price $600 and up
Most packages include up to 6 people and there is an additional charge of $20 per person/pet. Images are available to download through a private online gallery for up to 3 weeks (there is a $25 re-upload charge to access expired galleries). Additional images can be purchased at an additional price (prices will be emailed to you). Files are high resolution and can print up to poster size. After you select your images, they will be professionally edited and uploaded to the gallery within 5-7 days. Photoshop retouches are minimal and there may be an additional charge depending on the request. You will receive an email notification when your gallery is ready.
BIRTHDAYS
Full Birthday Session: 15 digital images, birthday banner, 1 outfit change (optional), birthday props (crate, basket, letters, etc), 45-60 minute session (including setup), print release. Outdoor location only. Indoor or customized sessions have an additional charge. Price $550 (cake not provided but you are welcome to bring your own)
Mini Birthday Session: 12 digital images, birthday banner, letters, 30 minute session, print release. Outdoor location only. Does not include smash cake or an outfit change. Price $425
MATERNITY
Maternity sessions are best during your eighth month of pregnancy. Sessions include both parents and children. There will also be limited props such as chalkboards, baby books, flower, etc. You are encouraged to bring any baby accessories unique to your family. If you bring other family members to the photoshoot besides the parents-to-be, some poses will include all of the family members but the images will primarily focus on the parents and mommy-to-be.
Mini Session: 12 digital images, 30 minute session, 3 people only ($10 each additional person). print release, location selected by photographer. This package is ideal for first time parents. Price $400
Full Session: 15 digital images, 45 minute session, 1 outfit change (optional), print release. This package is ideal for families with more than 1 child. Price is based on 5 people (add $10 for each additional person). This package is ideal for families with other children and/or other family members. Location selected by photographer. For locations outside of Hayward, there may be an additional charge based on mileage. Price $550
IN-HOME LIFESTYLE PORTRAITS
Lifestyle portrait sessions take place within the comfort of your own home and photos may be taken indoors and/or outdoors where you are encouraged to connect with one another in your own natural environment. Tender moments between family members are captured to represent the true essence of your family's personality. Various poses of the family are taken within the time frame and include candid portraits (no camera eye contact), directed positions (with camera eye contact), individual children portraits, sibling portraits, and intimate portraits between parents.
**For indoor photos, rooms with adequate lighting (bright, natural light) will be used only.
**For outdoor photos, schedule your session within a time frame when direct sunlight is not present. Usually this is best during the early mornings or late afternoon/evening.
**This is for the $50 non-refundable deposit only. The $50 will be reduced from the remaining balance. The remaining balance will be based on the package you select and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the session date. **
**Limited props are available upon request and do not include backdrops or professional lighting.
Fresh 48: Portraits taken at the hospital or home within 48 hours after birth. Package includes a 45 minute session, 8 digital images, print release. Please contact me as soon as possible to ensure my availability.
Price $500 and up (depending on location)
Lifestyle Mini Session: 45 minute session, 10 digital images, print release. This package does not include props. Up to 5 people ($20 each additional person). Price $450
Lifestyle Full Session: 1-1.5 hour session, 20 digital images, 2 images transferred to black & white (optional), and print release. At this time, I am not providing props or lighting. Price $650 and up (depending on location)
HEADSHOTS/FASHION/GRADUATES
Professional Headshots: 5 digital images, 1 outfit change (optional), 30 minute session, print release, location selected by photographer. Price $400
Fashion: 10 digital images, 2 images transferred to black and white (optional), 2 outfit changes (optional), 60-90 minute session, print release. Price $500 and up
Senior/Graduation Portraits: 10 digital images, 1 outfit change, 30 minute session, print release, private online gallery, location selected by photographer. Graduate is asked to bring cap and gown and to wear casual/formal attire under gown. Price $400 (for graduate only and parents/guardians).
BOUDOIR
Boudoir Session: 10 digital images, 2 images transferred to black and white (optional), 2 outfit changes (optional), 1-2 hour session, print release. Price: Contact me
Boudoir Deluxe Session: 15 digital images, 2 images transferred to black and white (optional), 3 outfit changes (optional), 2 hour session, print release, and boutique hotel with chocolates, wine, rose, and music. Session requires more than one booking on the same day, separate times for privacy.

TRAVEL PHOTOGRAPHY
I am available for travel depending on date and location. Cost includes airfare, travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and other travel expenses. You will be provided with a quote and there is a 25% non-refundable deposit required at booking.
*Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. I accept cash, credit card (through Square), PayPal, Venmo, or check for all services prior to the photo shoot. For some services, payment can be made on the day of the shoot. If you are paying by check, you will receive your images once the check is cleared. There is a $35 charge for any returned check. For weddings and larger events, a deposit for half of the amount is due immediately in order to reserve the date. The final payment is due by the day of the event or you will not receive your images. For cancellations and rescheduling: please contact me 48 hours in advance. Please note that for larger events, the deposit is nonrefundable. A contract will be required for larger events. Receipts are provided upon request. Images are available through a private online gallery. Images burnt to a disc are an additional charge and will be mailed to you in custom packaging within 2-4 weeks, depending on the event. All prices listed above include mileage within 10 miles of Hayward, CA. Mileage 10 miles outside of Hayward, CA is 0.50 per mile. Additional charges apply such as parking fees and bridge tolls.
